It is our desire to offer all our customers the perfect invitation for their event. We guarantee that your purchase will include quality designs, papers and other lush materials. Every design we offer is completely customizable: you choose your fonts, colors and anything else you think will make your invitation great. All of our invitations and stationary are made in our design studio. We take pride in working with our customers to produce your dream invitation.
PAYMENT
We accept payment via Paypal and Google Checkout. You must register with one of these payment options before payment can be made.
SHIPPING
All invitations are shipped using USPS. When placing your order, please be sure to allow proper time for shipping.
PROOFING
If an order is placed for any product that is not a sample, please allow 24-48 hours before a custom proof is emailed.
All wedding invitation proofs will be photographed unless a hardcopy is requested. Hardcopy proofs must be purchased in order for them to be shipped.
ORDERS
Once we receive confirmation to print via proof acceptance, please allow 14-21 days before shipping. A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you along with a USPS tracking number. Once shipped we are not responsible for lost or stolen items however, we will insure your package for an additional cost. Shipping cost are based on your location and will be added to your final cost.
REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES
Because of the price for materials to customize your invitation, we cannot offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your order, feel free to contact us immediately. We want you to know that customer satisfaction is our number one priority and that we appreciate your business.
